It (the Aral Sea / love) was alive.
And now it’s dead.
It used to thrive.
Now it’s an empty bed.
Why can’t we love
And cherish what we got?
All I keep memories of
Became a gloomy spot. The islands of dead ships.
Deserted oceans of sand.
That loving breath of yours
Is what I miss most in this land. I feel depressed
Cause we’re obsessed
With taking more
And giving less.
A man in the desert,
Prisoner on the run.
